Mad Men Fashion-

Janie Bryant is the costume designer of Mad Men.

Before Mad Men she won an Emmy for “Deadwood,” another period piece set a century earlier. 

Betty Draper was inspired by her grandmother and Grace Kelly. Joan is inspired by Sofia Loren as far as being curvy with that real iconic hourglass figure from the period.
