A touch of "Nouvelle Vague" that's what you would have seen in Shanghai at the Christian Dior Cruise 2011. In a massive tent along the city’s iconic Bund, John Galliano says “I didn’t want to come here and present a Chinese-inspired collection to my Chinese friends” His inspiration turned to the Nouvelle Vague cinematic movement with Jean Seaberg, Romy Schneider, Jeanne Moreau and Francoise Hardy.
I was amazed by the gorgeous picture Garance Dore took upon her arrival in Shanghai.
